Solution is not running if the system is locked. (RDA solution)

Hi Team,

Can you please help us know if there is any way to run the solution in the backend even if system is locked after ideal time or forced locking?

Currently in case if the system is locked then solution is not running in the backend, please help us know if there is any workaround on this case.
