PEGA DevOPs 7.4 Implementaion of Deplyoment manager

Hi DevOps Team,

I am having only one PEGA v 7.4 instance and the rest are v 7.3.1.

Can we implement Deployment Manager v3.2.x with this set up? I want to install Release Manager on PEGA v7.4 instance and candidate systems on 7.3.1. Is it possible or we need to have all systems in CI/CD on PEGA v7.4 to implement Deployment Manager v3.2.x?
