I installed the latest version of the deployment manager (01-03.02). I am using the Default operators / authentication profile you suggested. I created an app in DEV called DevOpsDev and i added the DevOpsFoundation as a Built on Application on this one (so my DevOpsDev is built-on DevOpsFoundation). I created a simple pipeline with only a Test Server, I used the DMAppAdmin as Authentication profile and I added the DevOpsDev app in the Pipeline, with the DevOpsDev:Administrators as access group. When I try to run the pipeline, I get the following error:

Failed to switch to access group. Hence, not able to complete the task.

I have some confusion here. Why's that happening? Any clue? Is it correct to use the App Access group in the Pipeline?
