Override or Extend Pega-SystemArchitect + Pega Desktop Rules
We have a Pega claims Warranty application that uses the following rule-sets. I find it hard pressed to believe that these rules are marked as final and internal. There are a lot of dependencies to and from the attached rules, and those are also final and internal. Is there an extension point to customize the attached screen and report definition? There has got to be a way to customize this component?

As these two rules are defined as "Final" and "Internal", you cannot create a rule that has the same name. I am not aware of any extension to customize them.

You can get in touch with Pega GCS to get it unlocked the rule set version and update the rule as available and override the same in your application rule set.
