Pega Robotics RDA sendKeys

Hi All,

I have started working on a robotics solution(RDA) build by some other developers and I am mainly doing support work.Recently some users were complaining that their keyboards are freezing because of RDA.We have used some sendKeys on our automations.I was wondering whether there can be any relation in between these sendKeys and this incident if user is trying to use their keyboard when these sendKeys are going on.Have anybody encountered this and if so, how to avoide this problem?

Hi,

Replacing those sendkeys I used on the mainframe applications with SetText and Enter minimized the keyboard freezing issue.But I couldn't replace sendkeys all together because in some places in the automation the SetText and Enter didn't work

No, sendkeys only emulates the keystrokes of a user, it does not interact with the keyboard itself.
