Update Runtime version from Robot Manager

Hi,

I have read about the possibility of updating the runtime versions of workstations from Deployment Portal (OMC) by Updater software but, is it possible to update runtime version from Robot Manager in a similar or any way?

Any new information about this?  When it is going to be available thru Robot Manager?  If not, is there on-premise version of Deployment Portal?
