The WorkItemID parameter in Cancel Activity

I want to cancel a specific activity, and I figured it out that I need to use CancelActivity if I want to do this. To use this, I need to put the WorkItemID on the CancelActivity. What I want to know is the WorkItemID of an activity, because I can't find it. Any ideas where to look for it?
