Web Adapter - Timeframe Issue

Hi Team,

When I tried to start the Web Adapter in the VM, it's throwing an error Message "The process iexplore.exe failed to start within given timeframe. Continue waiting?" And, I have reset the Adapter Start Timeout to 5 Minutes from 10 Seconds.
