WE are getting above error please help us with this error when do we get this.

Hi Indra,

It seems that there is authentication exception while fetching messages from your email account. Could you cross verify whether the credentials are proper and not updated. Try performing Test Connectivity in your email account.

Hi Indra,

 

I can see the above-mentioned links are related to sending notifications out rather than receiving emails via listeners. Did you get around with this issue at all?

We are facing similar exception, seeking for any possible solution.

Hi all,

I am also facing same issue. I have verified the email account the test connectivity success, Restarted the listener successfully. Then also am getting AuthenticationFailedException . I have verified in SMA, the error count increasing continuously and the email processed successfully also.
