LDAP Mapping Parameters
Hi,
I want to put in default values in the pyOrganization, pyOrgDvision and pyOrgUnit. can you please let me know how can i do it ?
Is there any way via which we can create or let the LDAP user login to PEGA if the LDAP doesnt have the Organization, OrgDivision, OrgUnit ? Can i put some default value or customized values instead ?
I am talking about the authentication services. I have created WEBLDAP2 as an authentication service, added the binding DN and all the other details related to the LDAP and am getting a successful connection with the LDAP server. Now when i am trying to login via the LDAP url its expecting me to put in the mapping parameters the Organization, Orgdivision, OrgUnit which is obvious as it would need to map all these details from LDAP into PEGA.
But my problem is i dont have these details of the LDAP user and there is no way i can get it. So now comes the part wherein i am asking can i somehow set these values manually ?
I tried copying the AuthenticationLDAP and AuthenticationLDAPVerifyCredentials but as soon as i copy it and relate it to my WEBLDAP2 it stops running.

I tried to put the values manually in the step 4 of the (ldap lookup step) but it stops working after that.
Can you please suggest me something or let me know how to proceed if you have already experienced this issue ?

Hi Sudhakar,
The LDAP creation is not in my hands and is taken care by the client itself.
Thats why i am trying to find a way out in PEGA to put in the pyOrganization, pyOrgDivision, pyOrgUnit manually in the code.
I tried updating the AUthenticationLDAPVerifyCredentials activity but the LDAP login page stops coming once i choose it.

Hi Sudhakar,
I am attaching all the configuration screenshots and the log files with this post.
As soon am I am trying to modify the AuthenticationLDAPVerfiyCredentials and AUthenticationLDAP files in WebLDAP2 the login page stops and I am getting the error message depicted in the log files I tried everything in my power after adding the requestor type in the browser I restarted the system as well but its still picking up the old configuration.

In the log file RuleNotFoundException is coming on the Code-Security.LDAPTEST activity, could you please check once .
