Unable to Download the Exercise System

I’m following the instructions to “Downloading the Exercise System” for the following course : DCO Essentials

I’ve tried in Firebox, Chrome and Edge and each time I right click> Save as, it downloads a 1k image of the button and names the file "style=-font-size-.htm". It should be a OVA file.

I've tried from work and also from home - different machines, different networks.

When I tried this a few days ago, it started to download the file DCOE_717_20160708.ova but didn't complete. since then, right clicking only tries to download the "style=-font-size-.htm" file.

I've tried resetting my password but it doesn't have any impact on the issue

Has anyone encountered similar issues?
