Agents not able to identify DB name

We are able to run work object manually with out any issue. But, we are getting below exception while running through Agents(Standard Agent).

Exception Message: "There is no configuration (no Data-Admin-DB-Name instance) for database"

We have verified access group and connection issue. There is no issue with it.

Can you please let us know any other possible cause of the issue?
