pega version 7.2 (CRM 7.21)

We have a grid on the screen, whose source is on a data page.

the data page is list, read only, thread scope, Reload once per interaction and source is loaded with activity which in turn calls report definition.

Now the question is :- i added a icon, and on hover action we want to show a smart tip with further information (data for smart tip is loaded by running another activity passing the data page value as input parameter for the activity) .

event = hover

first action = run activity to obj browse and get more value for smart tip property.

section action = show smart with the property calculated in the first action.

question is when this is added, on hover the data page is again running to load source using the activity. how do i stop this behaviour of the data page not to load for just hover on the grid.
