Non-auto generated control not working in Production environment in Internet explorer

Hi,
We are using a Non-auto generated control (HMTextAreaExpanded) for a property ‘DesiredOutcome’ which should allow users to expand the cell.
This control is working in lower environments but the cell is not expanding in Production environment in Internet explorer on clicking the expand icon.
Please find attached document for more details.
Can anyone please help me on this.

Is it upgraded environment? Is yes please let me know you have upgraded from which version?

Please attach the screen shot of the HMTextAreaExpanded control screen shot.

Hi Pooja,

Yes, Our application is upgraded from 6.3sp1 to 7.1.8 Version.

We are using the same control for another property and the cell is expanding for that property.

Hi Hareesha,

It could be possible there would be an issue with the XMLgeneration of the section in which the property is referenced.

Can you revalidate and save that particular rule?

If that does not solve the issue can you share the DOM that got generated for the working property and non working property.
