There is no OOTB way. You can write CSS to achieve this like this fiddle.

change the button format and provide the button label has property reference . the number will appear inside the circle

Kindly inspect your element in dev tool and apply below CSS and test:

{

border-radius:50%;

height:20px; //adjust height according to your element

line-height:1em; //adjust line height for position of number in circle

}

If the above style works as expected in dev tool you can add in userworkform and test. 

Later you can add this format in skin and use it as format for the property used to display number.
