service case manager financial services 721 installation issue
Hi Team,
We have installed SCMFS 7.21 in Pega Platform 7.2.2. But when we login the server we got issue with the below pop-up:
"Status fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Operator ID FSSCMSysAdmin
Requestor ID H6F0D026B64F6E6411394C1BA1762D179"
Please check the attached screenshot and the log file for details.

Hi Prasenjit,
By looking at logs it seems that operator was already logged in and on click of certain menu the error was raised.
ERROR XX.XX.XX.XX |XX.XX.XX.XX FSSCMSysAdmin - Section 'pzGetMenu' execution error on page '' of class 'Pega-Landing'
Seems to be relevant error.
Could you check for the section where pzGetMenu was called from and also the context page.
It seems that context that may be a clipBoard page doesnot exists in memory.
