When clicking the Document Now button, the button greys out and nothing ever appears.

I am taking the BA course and trying to complete the Application Profile exercise using the Virtual Machine as instructed. When clicking the Document Now button, the button greys out and nothing ever appears. Is this because Pega on the Virtual Machine only works with MS Office Word 2010 and a 32 bit computer?

Which version of the BA course are you taking?  Some things to consider is the Document Now button opens a separate window and if you have pop-up blocker enabled you will not see anything happen.  I would recommend checking to see if you have pop-up blocker enabled.  If you are still having issues please attach a screen shot, that would be most helpful.
