When I am giving the path for word connector in Pega Robotics Studio getting an error can anyone help me to fix this?

I am trying to give the path of a word document present my pc. I am having office 2016 installed in my pc.I am getting an error like
Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.ApplicationClass' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word._Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{00020970-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)). I am also attaching the screenshot

did you provided the Office version during installation, which will install the respective Office Connector in robotics studio.
if not ,reinstall robotics studio with office version.

Yes I provided the office version during installation ,I reinstalled the robotics studio and tried but still I am getting the same error for all the Microsoft connectors.

More than likely you did not pick the correct version of Office when you installed Studio. It is easy to fix this. In the install folder there is a folder for each version of Office. Copy the contents of the folder named with your version of Office into the install folder. That should resolve this issue.
