Hi - I want to build an application in the shared layer (as the service provider). I am a bit confused on the application SDLC in this case. We are using 7.3

a) does the application need to be specifically defined to be an application used by multiple tenants?

b) do the developers of this application need any special privileges?

c) is the only way to make this application available to the tenant development team is by importing it during the tenant set up?

d) if the answer to c) is yes, does the tenant team have the flexibility/privileges to build any other application that leverages the same divisional, organizational layers of my solution but is not dependent on my SaaS application?
