unable to import file using cloud Decisioning & Marketing 7.21 exercise system

Hi

I am trying to complete the first exercise using the Decisioning & Marketing 7.21 exercise system, but I am unable to import the file into the system. I login as an administrator, then click designer studio the drop down freezes and i cannont select Application>Distribution>Import as instructed. It seems that the cloud system freezes everytime I try to access a drop down menu. Please see screenshots attached...

Can someone please help?

Hi,

I just logged into your system Proprietary information hidden and manged to bring up the import wizard. Could you please try again.

Hello,

On Chrome, a very low percentage of the students experience this issue. Please have a look here (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/sub-menu-not-loading). I have a feeling this will resolve your issue.
