How to click a dynamic cell in HTML

Friends,

I have situation, on my business application left hand side there will be some alerts displayed. On that alerts, I have to find a specific alert and click to open.

I am able to interrogate that as HTML designer (please note, no headers) and able to find the required alert row, column to perform the click.

Refer to the attachment, on the left hand side you can see 8 different types of alerts. Out of which I need search a particular alert and click it... the number of alerts may vary based on member.

But then I am not able to click a cell in HTML.
