Altering Fiscal year calender in reports
Our organization has fiscal year calendar that is different from the rest of industries/organizations. The fiscal year starts from August and ends in July. In the report browser filters, if filter value for date column has to be selected based on 'calendar quarter' options (from date picker as shown in screen shot) by default the quarter is considered as Jan thru March of the year. Is there a way to alter/override the calendar period for each quarter ?

Hello,
Since we follow Gregorian calendar, quarter by default will club like the way you are seeing. Instead of using quarter, use last 60 days or 90 days to get this thing worked.

The requirement from users is to be able to pull report for exact next, current,previous quarters which would not generally align with 60, 90 days etc. If there is a way to specifify quarter date ranges in a calendar record, it would be ideal

As i said in my last reply, since your definition of quarter is different than what we know as quarter as per Gregorian calendar, it is difficult to show it like this.
The only way out i can see is using your customized filter section and design your customized date time picker may be?
