WebSeal SSO - Menu Links in Pega portal are not working

Hi

We have implemented SSO using WebSeal for one of our customers. However once the Pega Portal is opened none of the menu links work. As an example LogOff does not presents the LogOff submenu to click, Local Actions drop down menu also does not work and if there are any links to Create Cases in the portal header when clicked they do not do anything...

Please note that there is no error when we click; however click does not render the menu for the user to select anything.

I am hoping this is some setting somewhere in WebSeal which is preventing menu navigations or menu choices not to appear. Any ideas what this could be?

Hi, I guess for your issue a screen share is required. As rendering menu option on screen and WebSSO are a different thing.
