SMA Connection Error

We are using Pega PRPC v 7.2 hosted on WAS. We are not able to connect to SMA application. We are getting attached exception when trying to connect SMA on remote connection.

Also, please try to connect with the option, Local JVM Connection - SMA is installed on PRPC Server, if your SMA is installed on the same server as PRP.

Hi, If you are using WAS server, Local JVM connection option won't work, please use Remote. Remote Connection: Connects to WAS's mbean server using the WAS admin client. You need to specify the SOAP port for Websphere and the host name. THIS IS YOUR ONLY CONNECTION OPTION IF YOU'RE RUNNING WITH WAS ADMIN SECURITY ENABLED.
