Using "Dynamic PDF eform" template designed using Adobe LiveCycle Desingner ES4

Hello,

We have a PDF eform template designed in Adobe LiveCycle Designer as a Dynamic XML form. When we try to upload this PDF into PEGA, the form fields in PDF form are not being displayed and hence we are unable to do the mapping.

However, when a Static PDF is used the form fields appear,and we are able to do the mapping.

Could anyone please let us know a way to make use of the dynamic form template?

Hi Pradeep,

is that dynamic PDF eform is in read only mode/editable mode? if it's in read only/flattened mode, Pega won't recognize those form fields. it will be a limitation in Pega.

Hi Muths1, 

The dyanmic PDF is in read only mode. I shall try updating the PDF and see what happens.

 Even after making the fields editable the form fields are not seen when I upload the PDF file. 

Please find more details that may help, 

 - PDF is designed using Adobe LiveCycle designer ES4

 - The PDF is saved as Adobe Dynamic XML form
