What is the alternative of "dynamic select" in Pega 7

In 6.3 Dynamic Select could be used to populate dropwdown from data table. How this can be achieved in Pega 7.

The "dynamic select" is deprecated. I tried creating an activity for getting data and using Datapage to call the activity and then referencing the datapage in Dropdown but it is not working. Can anyone guide me what should be the correct way to do this?

Hi - you're correct, the Dynamic Select control is deprecated, and you should use the Dropdown control (pxDropdown) instead. As a best practice, upgrade Dynamic Select controls to Dropdown controls.
