Connecting Oracle 11g from Pega Robotics 8.0

I was trying to connect Oracle 11g from Pega Robotics 8.0 using OracleQuery component. It is throwing error stating "Test Connection failed because of error in initializing provider ORA-12154: TNS : could not resolve the connect identifier specified ".

However connection was established by using ORACLE SQL Developer Proprietary information hidden tool separately.

Can anyone help me with this.
