How to capture the browser Forward and Backward events in Pega
Hi All,
I have a requirement when user click on the forward button need to capture the user details with current time stamp and where as user coming back to the portal by clicking backward need to capture the user details with stamp. how can we capture these two events in Pega PRPC 7.X.

It sounds like you're referring to the browser's forward and back buttons. The below post talks about taking actions when the browser's "close" button is clicked:

If you turn on the Pega tracer just before you return to the portal, then click the forward or back button that returns to the portal, and then turn off the tracer before you actually click or type anything more, the contents of the tracer will show you what rules get invoked by the forward or back button, and you can decide which of those rules would be appropriate to extend for your purposes. If any of those rules are actually declared to be extension rules, those are the best ones to extend. The challenge will be to make sure the extension you create has a way of knowing the forward or back button was invoked, since your extension is likely to run in other paths as well.
