You would need to code your automation to do that. There is no built-in memory of the steps that were run and the ability to resume. The Try..Catch does have the ability to continue (you can click on the Catch block and change the "Mode" to "Continue" in the "Properties" window). You would need to do something off of the Exception connection however or presumably, the next step would just throw another exception.
