Pega Robotics Run-time vs Pega Robotics Studio

what the difference between Pega Robotics Run-time and Pega Robotics Studio.

Pega Robotics runtime provides the environment to load and run the compiled version of the pega robotics solution [I.e. file with the .Openspan extension], usually this will be installed on the users machine. on the other hand, pega robotics studio is the tool used by the developers to build the pega robotics solutions. By default the pega robotics runtime is installed on users machine along with the pega robotics studio.

Basically as I have installed robotic studio so run-time also got installed. Upon starting studio I believe run-time also getting started and facilitating studio for developers to develop compile and run.

Now, can we just run the run-time only so that my locally hosted pega can talk with robots for RPA ?

You need to install Runtime separately for RPA. It is available as a separate download. Please open an SR to get assistance with the download.
