Can AES 7.1 installed on PRPC 7.1.8, be used to monitor Pega/PRPC 7.2.2 applications?

I am not sure that I have seen this specific question answered... Can AES 7.1 installed on PRPC 7.1.8, be used to monitor Pega/PRPC 7.2.2 applications?

Hello Edward,

 

Theoretically yes, but this will be at the cost of:

  1. Backward compatibility issues,
  2. No action for alerts introduced in later releases of Pega.

P.S. You can always request the latest release of AES through MySupport portal.
