Displaying RD data in Repeating Grid not working
Issue:
Not able to display Report Definition fetched data in Repeating Grid.
Steps To Replicate:
1. Create a report definition under Assign-WorkBasket. Join work class Org-Div-Work-Test with Assign-WorkBasket class.
2. Call report definition from Activity using "pxRetrieveReportData" and map the results to a page , say "TestReport"
3. Use the TestReport.pxResults as a source for Repeating grid in a section
4. Columns of Assign-WorkBasket is only shown . Columns from Work class are not displayed in the repeating grid.
Observation:
If we use Report definition as a source for repeating grid, columns from both Assign-WorkBasket and Work class are displayed properly.
Expected Result:
In repeating grid layout, similar to Report Definition source property source also should work.

Hi Ron,
We are having a complex logic to filter the RD fetched records. We can not do that filtering directly in RD.
The class of the pxResults page is Assign-WorkBasket. But it internally contains pxPages page group. In one of the pages in that page group contains the work class page . We are not able to display the values in that page group in repeating grid.

I am still not clear on why you are doing it this way. If you can do the complex filtering in the RD, and can correctly source the grid from the RD, why not just do it that way?
As far as trying to get this to work:
1) Is your pxResults page set up the same way as is generated automatically when you source directly from the RD?
2) Have you tried defining a flat property that has all your desired fields, rather than having an embedded page group, and mapping the values into that?
