Unable to find build script at C:/Users/ravikumar/Desktop/DevOps/scripts/samples/jenkins/Jenkins-build.xml

Hi,

I am trying with the below article and getting the mentioned err while running the script to export the RAP from dev to QA.

I'm not really familiar with doing this, but based on the error...

Does this file exist and is it configured correctly?
C:/Users/ravikumar/Desktop/DevOps/scripts/samples/jenkins/Jenkins-build.xml

Hi RaviKumar,

DevOps looks for "build.xml" file specified at "Build script path" configuration. If this is empty, the project root folder is used. Can you please check if the file is available at the appropriate location.

Thank you Nick/Venkat. I figured out the problem where it is coming. I am trying to call this XML file from Jenkins and the file need to present in the Jenkins server path rather than the local path like "C:\". I will keep this file in Jenkins server path and will update you all.

You  exported PRPC utils in the desktop,

Actually File is located in the below folder,

C:/Users/ravikumar/Desktop/DevOps/prpcServiceUtils/scripts/samples/jenkins/Jenkins-build.xml

But script is checking in below location which is incorrect,

C:/Users/ravikumar/Desktop/DevOps/scripts/samples/jenkins/Jenkins-build.xml

The solution is to set PEGA_HOME set to below path in jenkin server,

I could able to resolve the above issue, and getting the below error when I try to run the build.

[jenkins] $ cmd.exe /C "ant.bat -file Jenkins-build.xml -DapplicationVersion=07.14 -DapplicationName=AES -DproductVersion=01.01.01 -DproductName=FordAESRuleset exportprops && exit %%ERRORLEVEL%%"
'ant.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Anyone help me, if I have missed anything? Do I need to update anything on the "prpcServiceUtils.properties" file?

Issue is Not able to find the Ant path.  Set the path to the Ant  location in jenkins and also inthe Environment variable ANT_Home.
