Tab not closing - Issue with temporary WO in CRM 7.21
We are on Pega 7.2.1 with CRM 7.21.
While trying to close the tab in the user portal, tab doesnt close as expected. This is exactly similar to https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/tab-not-closing-issue-temporary-wo-cpm
As per this SA, an hot fix is required. So, i expect this to be fixed in Pega 7.2.1.
We see some error in the tracer. PFA screenshots. Is this still a known issue!?

I checked the hot fix you referenced. The hot fix was generated for Pega Customer Service 7.1.3 and the fix went into the Pega Customer Service 7.22 release. You could open an SR to see about getting a hot fix for your current version.
