Unable to connect the .Net application to Pega soap service created on pega platform

Hi,

 

I created the pega soap service using below link:

https://paex31-ap.pegacloud.com/prweb/PRServlet/

 

This service is working without any issue on pega platform. Below is WSDL link:

https://paex31-ap.pegacloud.com:443/prweb/PRSOAPServlet/beEBp4uRVTogorRwSwWqbKQhhojtVn9i-rKQQ1upJBa7LVM6va5pg9jcewsg8hiU*/OAP/TGBHRAppsWork4/Services?WSDL

 

When I consumed this service in .Net application it reurns the below exception:

 

I am not able to get the response even using SOAPUI.

1. Please review and help me how to connect from .Net app on local system to Pega service on External cloud system?

2. Also confirm whether or not we can use the service created on pega cloud platform(https://paex31-ap.pegacloud.com/prweb/PRServlet/) to integrate with .Net?

3. Also confirm if this is the correct approach to use pega service in .Net?

Could you share the full stack trace of the error in a file with us to find the exact root cause behind the failure rather than the screenprint of error log.
