Error Occured while installing openspan Version 8
Hi,
While installing pega robotics studio(openspan 8),an update error (attached in sreenshot)is occuring ,by which the installation is getting failed.please anyone guide me for this is really emergency,am unable to install openspan on my machine which has windows 8-64 bit.

The issue in which you are facing is a result of an environmental conflict with the Shell install. Close examination of your environment will need to be performed in order to troubleshoot this issue.
