How to configure connection from Robotic Automation Studio to Pega?
Hi!
I have installed Robotic Automation Studio from Pega Academy Course. When I try to get relevant fields in my Robot Activity i get the error: "error connecting to server"
The questions are:
1. How can I configure the connection?
2. Should I use http or https link for it?
3. Which preparatons should be done on the Pega side?

You need to configure the server in the RuntimeConfig.xml file and the StudioConfig.xml. Update the Robotics section of the RuntimeConfig with your information like this:
Update the StudioConfig.xml as well. This is where you configure not only the server but the admin credentials that Pega Robotics Studio will use to connect to retrieve the fields from the Case.

Hi,
Idid changes in twol files metiond above. But i am not able to call the robotic activity from PEGA.
i am getting error like "
-
Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automations. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work flow.
Could you please help me on this.
