Not Able to see the agents in SMA

Hi,

We have marketing agents in live which suddenly dissappeared.We couldnt see them in live SMA.This agents are directly linked with the campaign which runs and gives the output.We have tried to refresh the agent rules but couldnt resolve this.Can you please suggest how to put the missing agents in place

Hi,

Have you faced this issue after an upgrade/update to higher version of PRPC?

On which version of PRPC is this issue seen?

Is there any problem in agents displayed in SMA after system restart?

Hi Gayatri,

Basically when you create any agent it will automatically creates the Agent schedule for that on the specified nodes. after some time, if you open SMA-AgentManagement-Agents, then you can find your agent in the agents list, If you didn't find your agent in Agent Management Agents list, then you have to restart your server, so that you can able to see.
