How to send HttpServletRequest as parameter for an external widget

We need to embed an external widget in Pega portal, which takes (HttpServletRequest) request as parameter. Is there any known way to do it.

You can define parameter on parameters tab of the rule or activity which is being used to render the external widget on the portal.

Hi baigh, thanks for responding. But my question was how to send the "HttpServletRequest" object. Do you know any way to capture it to pass as a parameter. The pxRequestor.pxHTTPServletRequest object is not the original HTTP request object. Instead, it is a façade object. Hence, if we try to capture the value, we are getting null value.

We have already tried these codes. But this object does not persists once the authentication is complete. If we are using pega username/password to login (not SSO/SAML), is there a way to capture this request object? the starting activity for app requestor is web-start which does not help to capture this.
