Display Chart in section
I have created a report Definition in Data-Admin-Operator-ID Class and added report definition in section of same class.
I am able to save section from Data-Admin-Operator-ID class in my implementation class 'XYZ'. But at run time section is not visible.

In screenshot 1 - the clipboard page referred for the section need to be changed.
Create a Page with the preferred class.. if the page is available on clipboard at runtime then the section will be visible.

So you are talking about the section where you have embedded the report defintion right.
Have you embedded it inside a section in Implementation layer or just did a save as ?
