You can create a multiple upload buttons with the help of pzAttachFile flow.

Here are steps to be followed:

1.Take a dynamic layout with inline grid double layout format, then drag a label and button controls into that layout. 

2.Write a label value as per your requirement then open the button configurations, set button caption as choose file

3.Open actions tab, add a click event and add a "flow in modal dialogue" action in that call "pzAttachFile" flow then submit.

Add as many as labels and buttons with the same configuration.

Please check "pzUploadFilePath" flow action to know how to configure the button and to know how the upload functionality works.

You Can use "FilePath" control but make sure that temporary file location value on the property pxRequestor.pyFileUpload is populated or not.Because any OOTB file upload controls will use this property to hold the file path details .if you are using same control multiple time in the same screen this will orrerride the value and only takes the latest file details  before you submitting.
