bad type file error while uploading on 6.3 sp1

Hi Team,
Can you please let us know the file formats supported as attachment in pega 6.3 SP1 platfrom.
Currently we are trying to attach an email (.msg) in workobject and getting bad file type error.

Any available document listing all supported filetypes will be helpful.

Hi,

This Help document has some useful information on work object attachments.

I just added a .msg attachment to a work object in my system and did not get any errors. Can you trace the process to see where it is failing?
