PEGA Integration to a Genogram tool

Hi All,

 

We have a requirement to integrate PEGA to a Genogram tool to generate a family tree. I understand that there is no OOTB feature to achieve this. Can someone based on experience please throw some light on how this can be achieved if at all you have a past experience in this regard.

Does the Genogram tool provide an API ? PRPC is able to access other web-services using 'REST' or 'SOAP' for instance ? (As well as other types of 'CONNECTOR').
