Unable to add a node in the SMA in Personal Edition
I am trying to add a node in the Pega personal edition 7.1.9 in SMA. Nothing happens in the screen after I click the + button. When I ran the web debugger I can see the below error is coming every time I click. Can someone kindly assist on this?

Which browser your using to access SMA .
Please try with internet explorer .

I tried using it in IE as well. I am getting the below error in the web debugger.
Object doesn't support property or method 'item'
Nothing happens in the screen.

Hi Manash,
Can you please check in logs , whether u are getting any error.
I suspect some JS file in the media might be corrupt.Not sure.

Take the ULR from System ---> Operation ---> System Management Application
Now try to access this URL directly in IE, you should be able to add the Node in the SMA now.
