How can I tell from a Runtimelog when a control should fire the Created event?

I have an automation that is not always working. It works about 90% of the time. The application that I’m working with is a web app and it is very slow depending on the time of day when I navigate between pages.

I'm guessing that my WaitForCreate is returning False, however, I’m not exactly sure what to look for in the logs.
