Thread Dump is happening due to java.util.concurrent.SynchronousQueue$TransferStack
Please let us know someone had facced the similar issue.

We are also getting the same error in our application. I will be raising an SR with pega because Pega 7.1.8 version has many issues with thread dumps

Hello Aman,
I have an SR and received the hotfix from pega. This hotfix is specific to my applicaiton.
Please raise an SR , after analyzing the logs they will provide the specific hotfix for your app.
