Can Pega Net promoter Framework be used standalone?

Can Pega Net promoter Framework be used standalone
Or does it always have to be used only with CPM


I did not see in the Pre-requisite that CPM is necessary

Hello Debashish,

Pega's NPS Framework is built on PRPC and it doesn't requires CPM to be installed on PRPC. If you want you can integrate with CPM based on your business needs.

Yes, Pega Net Promoter Framework can be used with any pega application. But, I'm not sure about licenseing part of it. You need to contact Pega Support or your Account Manager.
