Chordiant _ Infrastructure: Cloud & On-premises environment

Hi Team,

We have a scenario for our Client.

The current Inbound Solution is within Chordiant and we are trying to migrate it  into the Chordiant+Interact combination as per the Business Requirements.

The current environment does not have DR capability, so we are planning to host the proposed Chordiant solution into Cloud(amazon web service).

ie) Dev/Test & UAT into Cloud

Production is on-premises infrastructure.

Could you please let us know how this combination works: Cloud & On-premises combination.
