Unable to click on Submit button in web mobile

Hi,

We tested with a mobile Android device our application. when we run the case we cannot click the Submit button, because it is overwritten by TAB Audit (which has a TAG HTML h3). How do I disable the audit? or how you can edit the source HTML?

would applying a when condition on audit section to hide when logged in via non-desktop works? Please share your thoughts/comments, Thank you!
