Milestone in casetype

Hi Team

after the case is resolved-cancelled, the case is again jumped to another assignment which is not previously worked on in the cycle. when we traced it, when pystatuswork is changed using forward chaining pxgetstatusgroup function is being called. In this function from casetype rule  getMilestone is being fetched. if current milestone is not found, it is returning previous milestone.

can some one help in understanding what is milestone and what does getmilestone and pxgetstatusgroup  works.

Hello Shashikalavathi,

What products are you using? I don't see getMilestone in my Pega 7.1.9 system at all, so I assume it's an application on top of the platform. It would be helpful to know which one(s) your application is built upon.
